dunno, but i gained 25 pounds over the summer from 15-16 i was 5'7 125lbs starting and by the end of the summer i was 5'9 150lbs.
I just ate as much shit as i can anytime of the day. Tracking your calories is retarded and a waste of time. Just eat good nutritious, whole foods, and eat as much of that as possible.

You do want to keep track of what you eat but “calories” are just a pointless number. Keep track mainly of how much protein, and how many carbs you eat. You could eat 1000 calories worth of chicken, whole wheat bread, and salads every day and you would have very different results from eating 1000 calories of big macs and brownies.

But really as long as you eat enough carbs and/or protein your muscles will grow. Its just that with unhealthy foods you will also get fat and have other health problems.

Take the number of calories you were eating before you started working out. Now, add however many colories you think you burn working out. Eat that number of calories per day, but add a few hundred calories, because considering that you want to add mass, you will need a calorie surplus.

If you box 3 hours a day and lift weights 1 hour a day you will gain weight very quickly as long as you eat enough. With your routine you would gain way more than 12 pounds by the end of the year. You would probably gain that much weight in just a month or two. Just make sure to eat a lot of healthy stuff. Chicken, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, vegetables, all that kind of shit
