welp at least i got all the cravings out the way, so will go on an aggressive deficit to shed any gain from the 10k cals and over christmas .with 8k you just gain 1 kg of pure fat though
What about if you were in a state of ketosis? I assume you’d temporarily dip out of ketosis since high fat intake would usually come along with high protein intake.If it’s all fat then you’ll gain it all as fat.
Pure goy tbh.If it’s all carbs then you’ll gain whatever the rate limit for de novo lipo genesis is. Couldn’t find any decent study on that.
