How many cals can u eat on 500mg Test per week and stay shredded?

it will increase on test its up to you to find your maintenance

It's all individual. If you don't have the genetics, the right phenotype for staying shredded, you'll be miserable being shredded no matter the drugs. Phenotype can not be significantly changed through drugs
