are you permanently on keto? its very hard to gain weight on a keto/carnivore diet
but on a regular diet you would gain on high 2000s or 3000 let alone 4000+

on a normal diet yes probably barely 2000 but i only cut doing keto, trying to cut on regular diet is hell for me
