Just eat until you’re full. But I’d say I eat pretty massive portions typically.

@Underdog9494 cals r real since they just energy, but i agree that since we are hormone based etc cals don’t paint a full picture in terms of fat gain, loss etc

stop overcomplicating it if u wanna gain eat in a surplus if u wanna lose eat in a deficit

no just eat the right foods when your hungry and never worry about muh surplus and muh deficit.
 
how much u lost so far? cardio?
20 pounds in a year. I could probably lose faster if I prioritized exercise. My cardio is usually walking through the day

can you give an example of a wrong food
every nutritional requirement you have will be met with meats eggs butter and water. hunger isn’t only your body’s way of asking for energy, but also its way of asking for raw materials (nutrients) to put it simply. depriving your body of said nutrients is just retarded

why do you not eat carbs
i get hungry as shit easily, so carbs just leave me hungry 30mins later. with fat and protein i last a bit longer without getting hungry again. it’s also more nutritional and not as calorific as carbs. much easier to consume 4k cals of carbs than 4k fats and protein
