i get hungry as shit easily, so carbs just leave me hungry 30mins later. with fat and protein i last a bit longer without getting hungry again. it’s also more nutritional and not as calorific as carbs. much easier to consume 4k cals of carbs than 4k fats and proteinwhy do you not eat carbs
