Thanks bro for the answer. I really appreciate it. I already have above average shoulder width for my height. I’m currently 175cm. And I’m wondering would building a better frame possibly make it so I’m perceived as about 177cm tall instead. Is this possible or not?

Yes but facially I’m pretty attractive. Soon about HTN. And I have above average shoulder width for my height. I’m 175cm. And I feel like if a good frame would make it so I’m perceived more as 177cm, it would do a lot. Even if I’m of course missing the benefits of being tall, I still feel a perceived height of 177cm would make me much more attractive.
