It depends on the limitations of each surgery and the recovery periods of each (can they be preformed in tandem or will one require a recovery period before you're free for more. A good surgeon will listen to what you want and tell you what is and what isn't possible. A bad one won't bother and skimp you out or will botch you in an attempt to give you exactly what you wanted (even if it wasn't the best idea but hey you paid them)

You'd also want to preferably go to someone who's a specialist in any one surgery rather than getting them all done in one visit. Some surgeons work as all in one handymen but the problem with that is that some of the work outside of their expertise is only "okay". I'm considering rhino but I wouldn't get it in the same place as my implants. I'd seek out someone who knows their stuff, noses are easy to leave unsatisfactory
