actually managed to cut down, used to smoke a pack a day earlier this year

i'll be super honest with you kid,

i started smoking not to look cool in front of people or to look cooler in front of women

but instead, i started smoking because i was insecure as hell about my voice a few years ago

i'm still a voicecel but not as bad as i used to be, everyone my age sounded much highter t than me

my looks didn't match with my voice and for quite a lot of years, i stayed away from having conversations with women, felt embarrassed to open my mouth ngl

i've had a taste of nicotine and that's when i knew i messed up forever lol, now it's the best thing in the world

i've given up drinking and other drugs, but nicotine is better than pussy so it's a real challenge to quit smoking

either way, tobacco is as addictive as heroin

smoking changed my voice, thats about it, no other benefits to smoking branded cigarettes

tobacco is only good for you if you're smoking a real leaf with no additives to it in the form of pipe-smoking or a cigar (cause you don't inhale the smoke to your lungs, you just puff on it), has proven t raising benefits

cigarette companies add a tonne of chemicals to cigarettes to make them taste better when they're smoked and to keep the tobacco burning at a consistent rate so your cigarette doesn't get put out randomly and you don't have to relight it constantly
