How many cm is it possible to grow at 16?

Hey, I m around 1,82 m and turned 16 is ist still possible to grow a few cm bevore I stop growing and how can I reach my max?

early bloomers 1-4cm
Normal 4-6cm
Late bloomers6-8

Facial hair will be the biggest determining factor how much more you will grow. It can tell you which stage of puberty you are in.

Yea same, just got to shave the peach fuzz. Probabaly gonna continue growing. Depends on your parents height but I’m guessing you’ll grow to 186-192cm but again miracles happen and you might end up taller than that. Again that just depends on you genetics

I got bad genetics my parents are 1,59 and 1,70

Damn, unless you got some tall relatives I doubt you’ll reach 190 but again miracles happen. Still gonna grow at the minimum another 4-7cm. That’s just my prediction tho if you want you can visit the doctor they can give you some more precise info about ts.

Ive just started getting facial hair on my chin at 16 but i havent grow much in the last 1,5 years do you think i stopped growing?(rn im 179cm)

Best way to figure this out is to just ask your dad when he was able to grow a full beard. Whatever age he says is prob the age your growth plates would fuse. Honestly you not growing in the past 1,5 years is kinda bad ngl BUT depending on how your dad grew and your relatives heights (parents, siblings, uncles, grandparents) there could still be some hope.

im almost the tallest in my family tree and i just remeasure myself an im 181 but i think my max might be 185cm and from what iknow my dad didnt had a full beard till like 18-20

I think I grew about 8-10 since I was 16 and now I’m 18. Just keep eating good and maybe get some hgh or something else to help with growth hormone. Also sleep well
