it all start with gym tbh. I was tall already but underweight. Then i took kilos but it was not enough. I failed a lot. But damn i tried. Because i was diagnosed with non organic psychosis years ago and i need to connect with people. Not the best but i did what i can. Not every date end up with relationship and tbh it was because of me, my mistake/inexperience.

It takes time and effort.
