And how many reps and sets?
 
5-6 exercise for muscle group, 4 set for 8-12 reps,stripping,superset

im lazy and reasonably lo volume but example of my lower days

3*5-8 squat/box squat
3*5 dl/sumo dl or 3*10-12 good morning
5*10 rows
3*10 ghr or 3*20 hyperextension

and upper - 3*5-8 bench
3*5-8 ohp
3*10 floor press/ incline
3*15 curls
3*15 triceps
3*15 laterals/rear delts
