I can only wear certain hairstyles right now and it sucks so I might eventually get a transplant tbh ngl

One of my temples (the one you can't see in the photo) is pretty receded which is why I'm already on fin.

still has to be like max 500 grafts right?

nowadays you can even get a transplant without shaving your head, so I could literally fly to turkey and come back in 2 weeks as if nothing had happened, or am I missing something?

Yeah, but surgeons posts the bet outcomes and take the pictures at the clinics with the perfect lightings and angles. Go on r/tressless you will find out the average transplants is nowhere near as dense the real hair.
