I have been taking 7.5g (1 scoop), the recommended dose of high quality hydrolized marine collagen for a little while now. Is there any benefit from increasing my dose to 2 scoops 15g per day or is 7.5g enough? Mainly taking it for skin benefits, but joint health is also a plus. It is 30% off on Black Friday, so I may as well buy some in bulk.
