How many hobbies should you have to be NT?

I don’t have ANY normal hobbies, like all I do is doomscroll, watch BP related content, spend hours on F1 and that’s it.

Like I literally got so tired and depressed that I don’t even play video games anymore and it’s exhausting to go on Discord and socialize

But, I also don’t wanna seem like a fucking weirdo and neurodivergent as fuck soooo… what’s the minimal to appear neurotypical?

idk about a minimal but a solid fake hobby is watching sports, pick one, pick a team and pretend ur interested, if u find someone else who likes it u have a talking points every week, makes u appear somewhat NT.
