Depends on If I'm smoking weed or nor. For some reason it acts as a stimulant for me. When I'm smoking regularly I only need 2-4 hours a night. Normally I'll need around 6-8 hours.

On meth I'll need 3-8 hours a week. Haven't touched it in years though.
