How many hours do you sleep

melatonin is bad because in a long term scale it doesn't help

because when you start taking it long-term your body decreases the amount of melatonin it produces so you will end up reliant on melatonin with no benefits
not true just take higher dose and it happens in decade

yea exactly i have heard that u build up tolerance for it

sleep is rlly easy to max tho u js gotta do these things:
-read a book like 30min+ before bed
-be physically active during day so ur tired
-dont eat for the hours proceeding sleep
-take magnesium before sleep
-sleep for 9+ hrs (8 is fine when adult)
-have a set time when u start reading to prepare for bed. ensures a proper sleep schedule and thereby circiadian rhythm

Woww, thats nice. but how can i get to sleep early when its summer and holiday

u dont have to sleep that early as long as its still dark out when u go to bed

just do everything i said and increase the exercise amount so ur more tired
