How many IG followers should a 18-24yo guy have to like hand it out without being embarrassed

i have uno
 
My ex made me remove all my female followers and now I have 4 followers.
 
ratio matters more than quantity, if you can get over 1k with a 2x ratio you are more than fine

after that its just optimizing it
