A starting bideltoid of 18inch is pretty average ngl, I have zero muscle mass and I’m bigger than that. But he also started halfway through puberty so his natural bideltoid with no muscle is probably closer to 19in. Regardless for most people you can work with any frame and look better… not everyone can become chad, going from incel to normie is a huge change in lifestyle happiness

I think you’ve crossed the threads but yeah Larry Scott probably started with 17inch bideltoid or less. Probably ended up 19.5 to 20. Part of it being that he was short too, like 170cm
