Same as with roids.Neck is easily done,you can work it out just like abs.You can add like 1 inch in 2-3 months.Changes are very visible after doing it for 5 months.I don't know how much you will gain since everyone has different muscles but you can add as much as you want,it's mostly important that you are motivated enough.

i went from 16 to 17 in a month. the neck muscle responds very quick

as far as I remember, I went from 39 to 46 cm through training grappling sports, not much direct training except for head stands and neck bridges during warmup.
