16, yes. Facial hair is cope. It's too genetically influenced to guage where you are pubertally. I haven't grown in at least a year so obviously it's over

But I'll answer anyway for your curioisity. Slight mustache and like 5 chin hairs. Right now in puberty my upper lip hair is just getting thicker, I'm getting more chin hairs and abdominal hairs. This is probably tanner 5 activity which is after height growth stops
