How to know it's over for you height-wise (TEENCELS GTFIH)

btw if you havne't grown in a very long time, also get that checked because sometimes there's a delay in growth. I'm getting my xray soon pray for me bhais (5'7 at 17)

I’m 15 my bone age is the same as chronogical age basically (I assume) bc when I got it tested (two months ago) it was 14.8
Yeah I think you’re fine. I was gonna say don’t worry about it, but if you end up not growing I’ll feel terrible for telling you not to look into it. I’d say you should do all of the healthy stuff I mentioned, do blood tests to see if you have any deficiencies, drink raw milk if you’re brave enough, just make sure to get it from a good farm. Collagen, calcium, magnesium, vitamin D are all very important

I’ve been light lifting (3 days a week, medium intensity) since 12. Would that have stunted my growth? I didn’t get any injuries or do deadlifts or squats. around the same age I also went in a caloric defiet for a year bc I was really fucking fat. I’m worried if all that would have stunted my growth

Yeah, being on a caloric deficit can definitely stunt growth depending on the intensity, but I wouldn’t stress about it now. Even if you did stunt your growth, no point in being angry about it now, just make sure you are always on a slight surplus and exercising, playing sports too, not just gym. If you still don’t grow in a couple of months, you can try some of the methods dudes talk about here

Yeah, alot of late bloomers i've noticed are in redpill/blackpill shit. I'm not a late bloomer but i didn't even have good/average bonemass till i was 16.
and then there is jeff seid who looked jacked af and 20yo at 16
