Typically a dose around 6 ius will give you results, but keep in mind that HGH takes time to give you results.

From personal research, 6 IU is good, 9 IU is kind of frosky territory but you should NEVER do more than 10 IU of HGH. Market is never fully trustworthy, as it can be under dosed or have mix ins. Theres either overpriced American based website sellers or cheaper chinese alternatives. A Reputable source that I personally know is on a telegram group chat.
