I don't think you'll really do it, so I'll entertain the thought :
'Medical' doses of HGH tend to be around 1-2 iu. This is considered a low dose. The sweet spot for most people is 2-4 ius. You can push it further than that but imo its just diminishing results. Remember this is daily, so say you dose at 3iu per day, that's ~90iu a month. A 100-iu pack I just saw online was like three hundred bucks. It's not that expensive. Go work at mcdonalds timmy
