Check if ur growth plates are still open, if so, then do 6-8iu, but im honestly not 100% sure if that would be enough for height growth, so better get a second opinion aswell.

if your still in puberty growing then do as much as u can afford, like i would do 8 iu a day after working up. theres a HGH guide on here too u can look at. make sure its real gh tho
