k2 mk7 or mk4?

btw vitamin d3 recommendation is incredibly low. ideally you want 8000 IU or upwards if you're dark skinned

not that i really know of. just don't do it tbh. i would say 5000IU maximum with the ideal range of 2000-4000 IU
