If I eat 2 small meals a day and run for like 30 mins each day how many kgs can I drop !!!

More carbs and calories = more energy to wokout
You need to find a balance that allows for intense workout not just starve and do a bitch ass exercise

You can run for 20 min or burn the same amount of calories in 5 min of back to back intense workouts
Doing push ups and squat for 5 min straight is gona burn a whole in your fat ass

Type in TDEE calculator and do a calorie deficit between 200-500calories of your maintenance

I am not fat tho so I need to starve myself to lose weight

Need to starve while maintaining protein intake to sustain muscle

I do lift / run and take a protein shake once a day.

Nibba 2 meals could be 6000 calories for all we know, but now that you’ve made that logic clear we’re good. Also you never gave us body weight / height in the original so we’re not necessarily able to calculate anything.

Also just use me as a subhuman example, I am 5’8.5” and 16, something like 3 months ago with no exercise I started eating 1200 calories daily and dropped 32 pounds/14.96kg.

I recommend you to eat more protein, supplement with cod oil and a multivitamin in case you didn't and increase your caloric amount to 1500-1600 so you don't stunt your growth

Thanks for the advice man, Already taking a centrum multivitamin with a ton of good stuff and will definitely get my protein up since I’m only getting like 70g. I’ll look into cod oil too.

Agreed in principle but volume squats when tired will make him shorter

eat very low calories but very high protein

makes it so u wont lose muscle but u will lose fat


for the training do very little so u dont over train but do heavy compounds

dont run at all no point and meals
don't matter just eat less than 1000 calories with those calories making up protein and vegetables also supplement

dont run this for longer than a month too cuz it will u will feel like shit but it works

1 pound of fat is 3500 calories. If you are eating two meals that’s prob around 1600, you are on probably around a 1000 cal deficit depending on your height and weight. If we assume half of the cal deficit goes to fat you should lose around 1 pound a week

I saw your picture you are not fat!!!! I have little belly when I sit down but when I am standing it goes away I am 8kg over weight. I used to be around 80kg but I have been doing nothing due to the pandemic... I need to drop the weight.

Face all features are gone no cheekbones or hollow cheeks, I wasn't blackpilled about body fat until 5 months ago JFL thanks to the pandemic I got blackpilled, before the pandemic I only had like 100 posts barely use the site.

I also only have folds on my stomach when I sit while I stand it is flat but soft and love handles too
