I recommend you to eat more protein, supplement with cod oil and a multivitamin in case you didn't and increase your caloric amount to 1500-1600 so you don't stunt your growthAlso just use me as a subhuman example, I am 5’8.5” and 16, something like 3 months ago with no exercise I started eating 1200 calories daily and dropped 32 pounds/14.96kg.
