Only fluent in English but I have decent knowledge of Arabic and Amharic and can have a basic convo in Russian and Khalka Mongolian

Cool, arabic is quite difficult, so is russian and mongolian

But I like to study about other languages too, so I know a bit of french, latin, german... and here in Brazil we learn spanish in the school, and I was able to fully-understand what ppl said when I went to Paraguay, so idk if I should consider myself as someone who speaks 3 languages, or just two really.

Well, I think you know how to speak a language when you can maintain a fluent conversation for more than 10 minutes without any problem

I can understand brazilians but I think I would find it difficult to hold a conversation with them

because it mogs. It's hard, I've been doing it on and off. I mostly understand how to write sentences now.
