i wouldn't do that for under eyes because :
1. effect barely visible in that area you can look up before after
2. migration way more common in that area of the face.
3. risk of blindness

I would recommend custom infras. But if i have to do some injection it would be fat graft. Same risk of blindness, but result is permanent, it promotes collagen, and actually fill the area fully. No migration whatsoever.

i think its because the product itself is very dense. It's not about breaking an artery, you can't with a canula technically unless retarded surgeon. But rather getting into contact with it.
