i suspect its common. i hardly see any hardcore ascensions via Trimax and Implants. Those can give you a good base but to get that Chad look that those people try to go for, it makes sense to add fillers

id say if they look uncanny like nocturnal kent then yes its very likely theyve gotten filler. im not sure about @androgenic im pretty sure he hasnt had any cosmetic surgery or fillers. his before/after looks like it was gear related
