Are 3 meals of protein not enough?

are 3 meals of protein effective or does i need 5?I just eat regularly and drink a protein shake or order some fish if i feel like im not getting enough

If you eat like a regular person you eat a large serving of meat in dinner and some in breakfast, combined with everything else you just need to drink 1 protein drink from a convience store (20-40g) and you're good
Unless you're training like 4 days a week you dont need to be concisious of protein
