0.25mg a day if you can split the pill or get a dose that low. 0.5 or 1mg would be overkill & suppress too much. I'm doing the same rn

make sure not to suppress it to much even with growth plates open growth will stagnate due to e2 being a huge driver of igf-1
keep it low 20s high teens
