well there’s only 4.17 billion males in the world you’d have to cut your number by half if you want the actual score it could be even less because i had put the penis inch into 6 inches account for the males with 6+ inches if 5.1 is the average then i could be wrong there’s is no way to calculate this other then going to every make and measuring their dick size or the easy way which i did was to make an estimate.
