How many millimeters of advancement should I ask for? (Bimax)

I am looking into getting bimax done. I was wondering what y’all think I should ask for as far as advancement on my max and mandible. (Yes I’m aware y’all don’t have X-rays but I was hoping y’all could give me a ballpark answer of what to ask for as far as millimeter ranges) (I’m Native and Irish btw)

The surgeon will decide the millimeters.

You show them a morph of what you like. There's tons of users that can do a good morph; show your surgeon that and tell them "this is what I ultimately want to look like."

If he doesn't offer ccw when u talk with him, u are fucked bro and change surgeons because yours has no aesthetic idea for his patients

What about my chin height? It seems a bit long in this pic. I read that the chin needs to have a 1:2.5 ratio with the length of the philtrum. Also should I get a ccw?

your chin height would be perfect in this pic. also it depends on facial harmony, but anywhere between 2 and 3:1 can be fine depending on the face.
also im not sure about ccw for u. need to see your oclusion

I have a 4-5mm overbite I think. Idk if that helps

I also have very prominent teeth as well, I worry that I might need extractions before bimax otherwise I’d end up looking like a horse.

I can tell you have good features from the side most likely first of all, and it's just perfect for a ccw rotation and advancement for both jaws tbh, the jaws are just in the right spots for it. Can you pm a frontal pic?
