How many mins on the stairmaster a day to actually see results

I do level 5 cuz I’m a noobie and it gets tiring after 20 mins


Is this good enough? I plan on doing level 6-7 when I can keep up better
 
180 minutes for me on 90 degrees incline worked wonders.
