How many mm do I need for my jaw implant?

Hey guys, I'm getting jaw implants next month but I'm having troubles estimating the amount of widening I need.

I'm fucked up by narrow mouth and long+narrow face, which means:
- I can't add too much width or it will look comical
- I can't add too much height or it will look comical


How many mm do you estimate I need to get from this:

Honestly I can't look at myself in photos, my jaw is so narrow in real life, it's suifuel. I need to try something to fix it.
I don't think my jaw can be any worse with an implant, but there is a high risk of looking bloated and/or uncanny.

I'm extremely concerned about this problem, yes.
That's why I'm trying to guess the amount of widening I can get without looking bad.
What do you think of the morph I posted? Does it look like an improvement?

I look like you, even the jaw asymmetry is similar. Our width is not subhuman, the actual problem is the huge chin is narrowing the face. I'm planning a bimax and jaw fillers

Also I feel you on being a mouthcel, I have shitty narrow lips too. I’m generally pro surgery but I’m scared asf of mouth widening, so many uncanny results. I mean just look at Efron

Surgeon is suggesting 6 mm (left) / 8 mm (right) lengthening.

I don't know what Efron did to his mouth but it destroyed his look. His jaw looks bloated but his lips and mouth are uncanny as fuck.

Lip lift and fillers are very risky on men. Mouth widening surgery by Eppley live a disguting scar...

I'm wearing mouth widening appliance during night but it just give me red corner lips due to irritation... I think mouthcel like us are doomed.

Yeah seems like a good morph to me tbh, you should get some lip fillers btw your lips are so thin jfl, build it up slowly so it doesn't look gay and start with 0.5ml. Also search about the 4mm implant guy, there is a thread about it.

Nah just don't go overboard, it will give them a plump if you stay in the 0.5ml 1ml range, search on tiktok 0.5ml lip filler so u can see what it looks like

In my honest opinion, your jaw is fine, and you're taking a very high risk in fucking up your harmony by getting a wraparound.
Your jaw is fine, really, it is. You're overanalysing yourself.

Take this from someone who got a jaw wraparound that unfortunately didn't turn out good and messed up my harmony, and looks nothing like the morphs I received before surgery.

Your morph looks good. I would say its between 6mm-8mm per side in width to achieve your result. I had a slim jaw with some asymmetry and had a custom implant with 7mm and 9mm added per side
