The first one looks really bad with those nasolabial folds.
The second one looks meh, probably because he had an underbite.

1st one ascended a lot cause his lower third was over, now it's above average. But he needs to get buccal fat removal ASAP.
2nd one is fail tbh. yeah i get that he had an underbite and needed it to get fixed. But he looks so much better before surgery.
His surgery should've just consisted of bringing the maxilla forward instead of taking the mandible backwards.
