For simply asthetics purposes how many mma should I expand. My face isn’t narrow but it’s probably below avg and definitely not ideal. My palate is kinda narrow I have 7 -8 teeth clearly visible when smiling when smiling and my mouth is pretty narrow as well nothing is terribly narrow and incel level it’s just most of it is slightly below avg and pretty far from ideal. Would 8 or 10 mm be enough for good change or should I go for 12.
