i heard they didnt disproved or proved bonesmashing with studies , bonesmashing can have effect on bonemass but this can be wrong cs i didnt do my own research anyways there are so many sensitive soft tissue(nerves , bloodvessels etc.) in ur face and the only where you can "bonesmash" safely is zygos but like i said i dont think its real even if its real there wont be a significant change anyways

you can only gain swelling whic is temporary and bone density that wont do shit for ur looks im sorry man maube try bonesmashing zygos dont hit the rest of ur face like retard maybe swelling can give ur zygos some volume or smth
