How many mm's of facial width and IPD do you realistically gain from MSE?

I'm getting MSE soon, together with FM (and MSDO afterwards) for trying to fix my sfs and for the health benefits. Some width gains would be nice aswell since my face and IPD is rather on the lower side(bizygomatic width=134/135mm, IPD=60/61mm, es-ratio: ~0,45).

Are 3mm bizygomatic and 1,5mm IPD realistically achievable?
How does a bigger(vs smaller) MSE expansion effect the es-ratio?

I honestly don't want to make the ratio worse since it's crucial for facial harmony

1.5 IPD is a stretch but u can get decent bizygo

yes bro. You're right about es ratio, you need to very careful with MSE expansion and dont think more turns = more ascension

chewing has the potential to widen the orbitals significantly with mse, but no one knows if this will happen in adults or if it does to what extent, assuming chewing does nothing you will get .5 mm of ipd

I will keep hardcore-chewing when MSE is installed, hope it works like you described. Just don't want to have my eyes appearing closer-set afterwards because of bizygo expanding too much
