How many mm's should I be aiming for with MSE?

I'm scheduled to meet my ortho in December. I'll have him measure my IMW and I know the ideal IMW is 50mm

But I want a significantly improved maxilla, zygos and palate/mouth width

I'm not paying him 5-7k for a few mm's. (including FM)
