Sure does, I don't know how to type out a compendium of thoughts on it without blabbering about a few recent events, but from a general point of view I'd say my life is much worse because of it, and it makes everything seem much more pointless, an example being I'm on a cut right now and I look alright (physique wise, nothing else) but I can't seem to think that it's much more than futile
