yeah honestly, I've been even thinking of getting a second remote job behind my employer's back, actually. I work on backend development, so once I'm done with all my tickets for the day I basically have nothing else to do.

It's like 35k/year, which is not much in the grand scheme of my degree, but I'm not even a graduate and living with friends, so my expenses aren't that much anyway.

I'm not gonna lie, pure luck and nepotism. I hang around rich kids a lot, and I made it my life mission to befriend all of their parents, it turned out to work cuz when I told one of them that I was doing software engineering in college they one day asked me if I was interested in a remote job for some startup, so I obviously said yes.

Lowkey the CTO is an ass, but the pay is half decent for being still in college, and it's good for my curriculum I guess.
