Yes, it's normal.

My day in a nutshell:

1.Go to school

2. Come home from school, work-out 1 to 2 hours (sometimes i get lazy and end up just LDAR-ing)

3. Help my parents on a farm for the rest of the day (Or just rot on my phone/computer if there's not a lot of work to do)

4. Go to sleep

5. Repeat

Life is so peacful this way ICL.

in the morning i get some little work done (2 hours), then i go to the termal wellness club we can call it ig, chill in a jacuzzi + hammem and thermal water after a FB workout n cardio or just lil cardio and enjoy the wellness area about 2-2.5 hours everyday 3x fb+cardio+spa, 4x cardio+spa, get some more work done about 4 hours, then just chill
 
im not good looking enough i dont bother trying

ur right but i have to be at my best lookswise before i try
i have tried before even making basic friends and was brutally embarrassed because i was ugly
i dont have it in me anymore i tried believe me i did
my problem is not my ability to socialize and talk to girls i know i can i just dont have the looks to get in the door in the first place

high inhibition should be seen as a serious medical issue and not a joke on forums, i know aspd exists but this is for people who really want human connection love and a community that loves them

but never get over the imposing wall of first interacting, you are likely to die alone if you are like this,,

you are born male the probability of you ever reproducing historically is at a mesely 40% (compared to 80% for foids)

you will die alone with high inhibition, stop treating it as a joke.

if you won't try to fix this, do not bother Improving your looks either the grass is not greener on the other side

you are just in a sense unlovable because you never even gave anyone the chance to love you

genuinely dude, it just sting seeing guys shorter, uglier, dumber, ruder just over all less than you get the love attention and care from people while you try soo soo hard for a fraction of it

do you not realize you are on the wrong front? fighting a war you are destined to lose, it's all genetic when it comes to looks

every time you hesitate a less competent man takes your place,

they get to experience being human to it's fullest, you'll be 60 alone without anyone to ever keep you company and you'd only keep thinking about times you should've spoken up.

im not against your point , but it sucks that uglier dudes have to put extra effort jumping through hoops and go out their way to get a fraction of what chad gets without doing anything

i am on pharma already my inhibition is really low trust me
