it just depends, if i'm around people i know (like family) i fraud from 5'11 to 6 ft, they rarely notice, if they do i'm just honest in a roundabout way where just ay it's probably my shoes or flat out deny being taller. If i'm out in public I'll fraud to 6 ft 1.

Double Leg Lengthening (Uppers and Lowers at same time) is a safe option by LON. There are a few experienced orthopedic surgeons in Asia who have consistently excellent outcomes.

5’5 with height concerns it may be worth consideration.
