ive never went to gym regularyl.. (as in for a year straght for example)


it seems so dead, boring and pointless when theres nothing fun going on in your life.. i naturally have no desire to do it

the day that i got blackpilled, i do calisthenic and sometime going to gym regularly for like year+,
i know i will never have true love if i dint do anything
 
I can't go because I come in and see all the squat racks are busy and it spikes my cortisol to Jupiter
I need a home gym but too poor
 
I try but I skip if my sleep is off or if work is overwhelming

I've been going at least twice a week for about 3 months
 
I used to when from 14-17 yrs old. consistent, deload weeks all that. i even made a home gym with saved up money

now at 18 i dont lift weights anymore. i am weaker than ever
 
Used to go multiple times a day in college since I played sports. Haven't stepped foot in a gym though for 6 years although I plan to start going regularly next week
 
You have a choice - go to the gym and fulfill your alpha destiny or stay home on the couch and remain beta

home gyms are superior but are a pain when you move around as much as I do. I own sets of free weights up to 95 pounds, squat rack, and all the meme machines one could want but it's all in storage

i’ve been going for 3 months. made 0 gains because i eat shit quality food at maintenance calories and i’m not consistent enough. i would like to take it more seriously, my free pf membership just ran out so i guess its time to go to a better gym jfl

Gym + CrossFit + boxing + cycling for me. It's worth it for your long term health. Looksmaxxing is just part of it. I also enjoy cycling because it's relaxing/ASMR (@AlexBrown84 understands). And I enjoy boxing/CrossFit.

I disagree. I followed starting strength and caloriemaxxed and the noobie gains alone made a noticable difference. As long as you are doing comprehensive lifts and not just flailing around with bicep curls and crossfit shit
