yeah tbh but i dont really need to i dont eat that unhealthy stuff, ive never head like caries or whatever, i usually just do it when its important like morning before work, i usually dont eat lunch or anything at work so i only have to brush my teeth once per day then, my dentist tell me to brush them more but i dont really care tbh.

I only bother with simple and cheap softmaxxes like minox and microneedling. Gymcelling too i guess.

But's its completely useless since the problem for me is bone deep.

Tryna get latisse and a reta source which would help me a lot. then teeth whitening proffesionally later. Thats it. Just saving for hardmaxxing after that whichll take a while.
