I want to see how many here are actually looksmaxxing.

Because if you don’t go to the gym atleast 3 days a week you aren’t even trying

I used to go 7 days a week, sometimes twice a day for a decade straight

Now I haven’t went in 3 months and u can’t tell, lost nothing. Gf was at her best friend’s party the other nighht, and her bestie’s bf asked her “oh how big are PCT01 arms btw? Must be at least 18 inch, first time I met him it’s the first thing I noticed”:lul:

I stopped doing compounds for ages, just dumbells and machines the past few years

but few years back at peak compound lifts I had 180kg bench, 300kg deadlift, 280kg squat, 100kg (plates attached to body) weighted pull up

Every time I went gym I had audience starring at lifts, people asked me shit etc…cause I pulled those numbers in commercial puregym with a lot of normies there:lul:

Doable tbh, u train neck in isolation nowadays? Back on lookism I remember u were starting neck curls
Yeah I gained 1.5" in 2 months, legit made me so happy but then I injured it boxing and I had to stop training for like 3 months. When I started again I had already started my cut so I lost 90% of my gains

I am losing motivation to go to the gym, it is very, very slow to build muscle having long legs, long wingspan :pepefrown:

I went 6 days a week ppl for 3 years now I only do 2-3 days to maintain

Tbh lifts that heavy aren’t really worth it anyways, takes a toll on the body. I had like 2 lower back injuries, was bedridden for a year cause of it…did it out of passion tho

Yeh, I was already stronger than most normies when I first stepped foot in gym at like 12/13 yo:lul: After a year of lifting I was top 5 strongest in my gym (a few roiders who outlifted me), had 30 year old normies coming to congratulate me on being stronger than them as a pre-teen and tell me how I’ll go far etc:lul::lul: jfl

- incline bench press
- ohp
- lat db raises
- tricep pushdown
- barbell curl
- hanging leg raises
- neck training

3 times a week:
- cardio

Yeah you could have made an insane transformation video on YouTube and gone viral but it is okay man. Even that comes with its own cost

Rottmaxxing rn but I usually go 4 - 5 days a week

Can't relate to guys who live and breath gym, it's only fun longterm if your on roids or have very good genes

My routine is 60% calisthenics 40% weights :bigbrain:

Also when I trained athletics and boxing I trained only with pull-ups (prone, supine, command) dips, push-ups (normal, diamond, shoulder), sit-ups, squats, kicking Dutch :Comfy:

WTF, my routine is almost identical to yours.

Literally only difference is I don't do the tricep pushdown/barbell curl you do. But instead have rows+chest flys. Also 3x per week.
And I do cardio only 1 times per week (30 min high intensity rowing usually).

What are your stats?

I don't know stats I have never tried. Also, I just started again after hiatus, last winter I rotted and got fat lol, I did this routine last year before fall.

My gym was closed half the time during this corona bs aswell. Doing this routine for like 3 years, never do 1rep-max either.

Oh I just noticed you don't do any strength leg-work. I do squats each workout too, my only leg exercise.

Yeah, not doing legs isn't a problem for me yet because my upper body isn't so big that my legs would look too small. I will add squats if my legs start looking small but it's not going to happen anytime soon.

That's the good thing about being natty, you don't lose your gains. It's very easy to maintain. I went from 4-5x a week to 2-3x week. Noticed no visible loss in muscle mass.

3 days a week cutting, 4 while bulking

Been doing rolling 48-72 hour fasts. One hour eating window refeed. Might try a week-long fast for the first time ever for an event I have coming up

If you're on this site and not going to the gym/keeping that diet in check just end it or go to .is
