Its not overrated though. Even if you just get a little muscle tone/fix muscle imbalances from sitting and exercise 5 times a week the difference to your posture/confidence/overall look is huge. I bought a pull up bar and some weights for like 60$ and im still training with them doing weighted pull ups weighted dips ancilaties
And whenever i wanna train my legs i just buy a gym 1 time ticket (you can do planet fitness if yiur american) and train legs 1x a week Squats deadlift legs extension leg curl calf raise all you need then go home rest and gro

Try doing handstand push ups (with feet against a wall) lol. I tried them when I worked out at home when I was 15 before starting the gym. Saw them being done on a wrestling segment/video hard af. you're 16 so doubt you will screw yourself up.Going into the gym is gay bro

Before and after pics?Until age 15 I was fat and sedentary. Working out and eating clean legit changed my face a ton from age 15-17/18. Mandible got wider, jawline got much more prominent. I was also combining this with mewing and all the other shit but I have no doubt that lifting helped my face

Brother trust me training is irrelevant fo you think ronnie coleman woukd have been bigger if we optimized his training to the max i say bs he only would hav e been like 1% bigger Genetics+Diet+Gear is all that matter training is irrelevant train however the fuck you like just train hard and progressive overload with exercise that don’t make you injured don’t trust me go take a look at paul dillet that nigga was training to mid discomphort and i have an even better example Togi his training to mid discomphort he spends all of his day doing drugs and drinking alcohol he just using steroids and yet look like someone natural who did everything perfectly for 5 years tf

i really stopped going to gym because of too many people, i usually go train at this shir for workout outside, calisthenic or i dont care and run. But because of winter and -30 celsium i go to gym at 7-8 am and its really not bad for you.

I got a job from someone I met at the gym offering me one after I came back from South Africa.helps with leaning your face, gives you confidence, boosts your hormones, makes you literally stronger and attracrive for women+respected by men, i see no reason to not train if you are not complete rotter tbh.
