Physique is super overrated obviously but still how many of you do strength training for hormones/frame?

Yes I do gym but I rely on cardio & diet more

Its not overrated though. Even if you just get a little muscle tone/fix muscle imbalances from sitting and exercise 5 times a week the difference to your posture/confidence/overall look is huge. Nobody respects somebody that walks around looking like a slob with shit posture like a beaten dog.

i dont go to the gym anymore. I use subliminal for gains. No risk of injury and still getting gains

i go for hormones, strength and looks

gives you a better body composition and hella confidence

honestly saved my face too

Everything you fo their you can fo it at home
I bought a pull up bar and some weights for like 60$ and im still training with them doing weighted pull ups weighted dips ancilaties
And whenever i wanna train my legs i just buy a gym 1 time ticket (you can do planet fitness if yiur american) and train legs 1x a week Squats deadlift legs extension leg curl calf raise all you need then go home rest and grow

not good for hypertrophy + uncomfortable and unreliable i rather bench, machine press, chest flys ( coming from somebody used to work out at home you dont maximize as much muscle mass)

Use to be a gym slave but stopped due to it being high stress and a waste of time.

Brother trust me training is irrelevant fo you think ronnie coleman woukd have been bigger if we optimized his training to the max i say bs he only would hav e been like 1% bigger Genetics+Diet+Gear is all that matter training is irrelevant train however the fuck you like just train hard and progressive overload with exercise that don’t make you injured don’t trust me go take a look at paul dillet that nigga was training to mid discomphort and i have an even better example Togi his training to mid discomphort he spends all of his day doing drugs and drinking alcohol he just using steroids and yet look like someone natural who did everything perfectly for 5 years tf

Lifting heavy ass metal and doing cardio made me exhausted all the time and develop dark eye circles.

Until age 15 I was fat and sedentary. Working out and eating clean legit changed my face a ton from age 15-17/18. Mandible got wider, jawline got much more prominent. I was also combining this with mewing and all the other shit but I have no doubt that lifting helped my face

Try doing handstand push ups (with feet against a wall) lol. I tried them when I worked out at home when I was 15 before starting the gym. Saw them being done on a wrestling segment/video hard af. you're 16 so doubt you will screw yourself up.

I just do 1 arm standing ohp with 30 kg db
The problem with handdstand push ups is it takes so much stability work im not goinna train for 3 months to master handstand push. Upss.

Lol these pics make me cringe hard but here you go. The first picture is after losing 100lbs but before working out and eating right, I still had low T. The second one is from a month ago, it’s been like 1.5 years of taking fitness and nutrition seriously.

I hate training, I just stood in the plank at home for a minute for 7 approaches, I got tired of doing it because it became too long and the muscles stopped hurting completely :forcedsmile:

That works if you go to premium class gym and make connections here. but when I go to busy times especially after new year time I will be in line with 5 guys on bench press.
 
Fk i cnt stand moroccans no offense. I heard the countries nice but UK gets all the degenerate drug dealers coming here.

Is it a good place to visit for holiday tho? for westerners. Also Morocco seems to have allot of good looking girls they kinda remind me of latino girls (altho not identical) which are top tier to me aswell.
