Exactly being alone in a crowd at least gives you social proof. Honestly that’s all I care about, the proof, so that I can climb to the next better group and then the next.

Even with women, what I mostly want is just the validation and social proof. Other men respect you more, treat you better, look up to you when you got hoes that are attractive

All my "friends" back then were bullying me and using me as jester, i only realized it now that i never had any friends in my life.

Happens sometimes. Issue is when you have one extroverted friend, and that friend introduces you to another social circle. But that social circle doesn't really know or care about you and only really has you along because you're the extroverted dude's friend.
